No one can GUARANTEE you ANYTHING when it comes to legal work or litigation.  What happens is up to a judge and no one can predict that or guarantee an outcome.  I can guarantee that any work you're given will fit local rules, and that if the clerk rejects it over an error I'm responsible for - I will redo and resubmit at my expense.  

When it comes to litigation, things change all the time.  Many times you go into court thinking you're about to have a hearing, and then you get offered a settlement.  That means you instead need a settlement agreement drawn up.  I am not selling a product that I can resell as I'm only selling my time.  Therefore, once my time has been used up, I can't "refund" that..

In most states, paralegals are forbidden by law to only provide their services to attorneys - not directly to a consumer or pro se litigants.  That's why I must state my offer for services are for attorneys only.  If you are a pro se who is working with an attorney who can supervise my work - we can work with that.  If not, I have attorneys who have agreed to supervise my work for a fee.

Unless you specifically contract out with another attorney or paralegal - there is just one of me.  That means I can only take one call at a time or answer one email at a time.  I also can't draft appeals or briefs when I'm answering calls back to back.  So what I tend to do is answer and make all calls and emails during the weekday normal business hours.  Then after dinner and on the weekends is when I do the bulk of my research and writing.  If you need me to do something that requires me to stay up all night to get it done, or to put your work to the head of the line - then I will charge a higher hourly rate.

I do not resell or release or rent any of your personal information to anyone.  Any information you give me is therefore confidential and just set with me.  If you need encrypted services for extra security - I can provide you with a special email, cell phone # and other ways to speak to me in as secure of a manner as possible, or share files with me securely.  Just tell me if you need extra security and I'll provide you with details upon request.
